Royal mail confirmed delivery and signed for next day, on Thursday 14th – with picture of a “signature”, but Corby did not update as received until following Wed 20th April, so you are still within same timescale as me, but depends which royal mail service you used.Good experience with Corby for child renewal, all done online and took photo myself.
Applied 1st April but didn’t get id/photo confirmed by my contact till 12th April.
Promptly got a request to send the documents (previous passport) which I did next day, first class recorded delivery.

Passport printed 26th….they said I would get a notification when dispatched but actually I only got that by text message 20 minutes before the postman put it through the letter box today (28th)**I saw some people on Facebook asking others what address to send documents to and people giving out any office address! Make sure you use the address in your email from HM passport office and use your specific reference number**
