My passport took 4 days to arrive after been printed but my wife, her passport was here the very next day after been printed. I think it’s very random. Good luck, I hope you recieve yours in time.
Both myself and my wife recently went for our passports, it took about 6 days for mine to be approved after Documents received, 16 days in total from applying to recieving the passport, same as the wife and shes due hers today.
Unfortunately they definitely won’t let you travel with it cellotaped. I would reccomend putting in an application pretty much immediately, I did and recieved mine within 16 days but everybody is different, some people are waiting a long time. Hopefully you get sorted, good luck.
I don’t understand why some people are waiting this long? my wife just had hers approved after 10 days, I recieved mine from submitting within 16 days. Waiting 10 weeks sounds crazy!
That’s interesting you say that because I too don’t see TNT vans, I don’t think I can ever remember seeing one. I’m in East Yorkshire. Hopefully you hear something soon.
