Hi MAXNRG, I just got my old passport back a month to the day after my new one was delivered. Had somewhat given up but it did arrive.
No DHL tracking number issued, no idea when it’s arriving (Spain)
Passport printed 9:37am on 16 April 2022
Application approved 1:23pm on 14 April 2022
New photo received 11:59am on 14 April 2022
Photo rejected 11:43am on 14 April 2022
Documents received 5:37pm on 1 April 2022
Application received 4:21pm on 10 March 2022
Application submitted 4:21pm on 10 March 2022It’s taking them a very, very long time just to scan old passports. This is an adult renewal from Spain.

Old passport sent on March 10, signed for on March 15.

March 29: Still nothing….I have not had my old passport processed or received a documents received update to say they have it in the Durham office. Is this normal two weeks after it allegedly arrived? Could it be lost?
