I finally got the call from the upgrade team on Friday. They said my passport will be sent Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
The tracker has said printed since Saturday, I haven’t had any tracking details yet.
When do you think it will have been dispatched? Saturday or today?
Did you get any response from the upgrade team?
I applied for an upgrade yesterday and am wondering how long it is taking.
I got an acknowledgment email this evening.
I’m in the same boat, but I applied on the 13th February.
My pd2 form and passport were sent on the 24th Feb and registered as received on the tracker on the 3rd March.
It took until the 4th April to move from “documents received” to “being processed”.
My wedding is on the 28th May and the honeymoon is on the 31st May and I still haven’t had any more updates.
My anxiety is through the roof and whenever I call all I get is, just wait a bit longer.
It’s infuriating 😖.
