    Hearing your guys messages, my heart goes to you, I phoned up and asked them about the upgrade service and then they told me to email, but there was also something on my file added. I really hope you guys get your passports in time. They phoned me a few days after the email, it was on the Saturday and I emailed on the Wednesday.

    To complete to story, my passport has been delivered by Royal Mail, although it has been signed for but no one is home so I really hope it’s sat on my doormat.

    As some hope they took the payment on the Saturday and it’s been delivered on the Wednesday and there has been Easter and Easter Monday since then.

    Really keeping everything crossed.

    As an update true to their word, I got the notification that my passport has been printed and I will get tracking details in the next day or so and it will be delivered before I fly.

    Hello guys;

    I hope that other people hear back soon.

    I emailed on the 12th of April, had an email on next day asking to confirm my evidence of travel, and then on Saturday 16/04/22 had a phone call to pay my extra top up to fast track (£95.50). Within a few hours so got a text to say my application had been approved and I was told my passport would be dispatched today (19/04/22).

    Due to travel a week today 26/04/22. This is the Belfast upgrade team. My initially application was sent to Bootle on the 19/03/22 and then it was transferred to Belfast before I applied to upgrade.
