Just received a call from upgrade team from Durham can collect my passport from Peterborough on Monday they didn’t even charge me

Flying 16th may still had no calls from upgrade team. Sent email to upgrade team to Durham on 6th where my passport currently is and also emailed Peterborough both replied back with automated email saying they noted my travel date. I again haven’t heard anything so emailed both offices again and only got a response back from automated from Peterborough.

On the email put all your application details PEX number your name dob telephone and address include your email aswell.

I emailed them on Friday Durham upgrade team and received an automated email back saying they noted the day am flying and will get a call. I fly out on 16th may.

Where is your passport held?

Hey am flying out on the 16th may and submitted my application on 7th March documents received on 21st March. Been on the phone to the passport office and got mixed messages been cut off and not getting no answer. Today I emailed the upgrade team at Durham and recover an automated email saying they noted my travel day. So hopefully should receive a call soon.
It’s been a headache stressful time past few weeks let’s hope they get back to me.
