When applying online, going through the steps, it states ” you may need to be interviewed to confirm your identity…”. So it is not a must I think depends they have enough information to confirm your identity.
Send off his birth certificate using next day special delivery on the 7th and system updated to say Documents Received on the 20th.
Does anyone know can first adult passport be upgraded? Anyone here applied for first adult and get upgraded? Will be flying out on the 14th so not sure should I email upgrade team or cancel the holidays?
It is good to hear some good news. Did you apply it online? When you sent your document (ie old passport) did you send it by Next day guaranteed special delivery? As you noted the timeline, it took 7 days from “Application received” to “Documents received”. Or did you wait a few days before sending out the document?
