we been processing since 13th April, had application since 12th March and documents received 29th March, many chase up call and promises of call back! It’s almost 10 weeks now and we have under 5 weeks til honeymoon 😱 were called last friday to say photo rejected but can’t upload new one as tracker not updated or email sent with link!
partner had call to tell her failed on photo which we expected but she lost call and no email with link to upload new 😳 any direct number or email for Peterborough? 🙏🏼
sounds very similar to ours (wedding 11th June, fly 13th early!), they signed for docs early March but not on tracker til early April 😳 my 2 year old sons new application went at same time and we got his back weeks ago! My fiancée has called many times and they were shocked been 9 weeks now with nothing, we will have to ring upgrade earlier as ours falls at start of jubilee week 😱

my partner is same, renewal and name change as getting married 11th June and fly 13th, done online and sent everything off early March (with my 2 year olds new application) was signed for but not put on tracker til early April, son’s passport (and docs sent) received weeks ago so panicking on hers as already 9 weeks since sent and still pending 😳 can do upgrade service at start of jubilee week, if they can match up pd2 form etc!
that’s good news then! I can’t work out if it’s so many weeks from when they receive or
it gets processed on system, my partners has been about 55 days since the signed for it at office (but nearly month to go on tracker!) we are gonna rung the upgrade earlier if not received as will be shut for jubilee end of our week to apply! the lady said shouldn’t have had to wait this long already 😱My partner sent her renewal off at begin March, we had to wait for form signed by registrar as booked in married name as go after wedding in June. It was signed for early March but not showing received until early April, she now panicking if 10 weeks from then as be middle of our honeymoon! been told about the upgrade service too but not price, this falls on Queens Jubilee week also 😳 still just says pending in tracker! My sons new one was only a few weeks.
