Applied for a passport 2nd April flying tomorrow 14th May. Emailed fast track 2/3 weeks ago and heard no word until this morning when they got back to me stating my passport will be ready for collection this afternoon

My flight is in 2 weeks time i have just been in touch with the upgrade team saying they will reach out as soon as they can. The lady on the phone mentioned even with the fast track service there is no guarantee that the passport will be ready in 2 weeks time as they are very stretched

Where do you find the emails for the upgrade teams? I have been on hold constantly for the past few days and cannot seem to get through. There is no update on my renewal and my flight is in 2 weeks
