Hi no I haven’t received yet, we were supposed to flight this Thursday, they received the envelope on Wednesday and today they haven’t sent the passport back as the tracking number of the envelope we sent for our passport back hasn’t been used 🙁 they said up to 2 weeks

You need to have your passport with you, this system is so wrong, I requested my son’s passport back as it’s still valid and it has been processing for 2 weeks now, and they said it can take up to 2 weeks. Beyond frustrating we were supposed to be going to Florida this Thursday and had to put all our plans on hold 🙁

We were supposed to travel this Thursday 31st March, got to cancel the tickets, my son’s renewal is been processing since the 16th March, we cancel the application as his current passport was still valid, but this can take up to two weeks, our family holidays and my son’s birthday celebration in Disney Florida, we are beyond devastated, I haven’t slept in days :(. Good luck.

We had phoned every day for the paste 7 days, spent two hours on hold every day and they said about putting notes in the case about the urgency etc, but nothing seems to happen.

Our documents haven’t been examined 🙁

Did you receive the passport? Mine is being processing since the 16th and we are due to travel on the 31 March 🙁

I requested my son’s passport back yesterday, it takes up to 2 weeks too get back your old passport(it was still valid), in the same situation and we have family holidays planned the 31st March and when we applied said up to 4 weeks, now changed to up to 10 weeks

I am the same as you @cjay, I trusted the system so much as it has never been over two weeks for my, my flights are on the 31st and I applied on the 2nd of March and at that time it was 4 weeks waiting time, I will lose my flights (no refundable) hotel and disney tickets, almost 5K. I’ve been sick and stress over the roof with all this situation

Hi jadelem, we did this yesterday as the passport we sent for renew was still valid until September, we applied on the 2nd March and our holidays are the 31st and we are still waiting in processing
