    @ronyal
    I hope you get sorted soon. Its ridiculous how some are so quick. I thought mine was going to have to be chased up to be honest with our holiday in 4 weeks. Hopefully you’re next.

    @ronyal
    Here’s my timeline
    StatusDate
    Application approved 3:07pm on 29 May 2022
    Application being processed 1:26pm on 12 May 2022
    Documents received 12:31pm on 20 April 2022
    Application received 5:07pm on 10 April 2022
    Application submitted 5:07pm on 10 April 2022

    Email the complaints department. I did last week never heard a thing back, so not sure if it helped or this was just pot luck. I just said my husband waited two weeks, and it was submitted after mine etc etc. And I wasn’t happy how newer applications were being super quick.

    Still no update on mine. I’ve spoke to someone who said the same as you @ronyal. I have a feeling we’ll be chasing them. No holiday excitement whatsoever because of all this. Fly 4 weeks on Saturday. Almost 7 weeks since submission.

    Surely you mean upto 10 weeks from start to finish? Not just processing that would take applications over 10 weeks. I’ve got 3 more weeks then I’m trying to get a premium appointment. I’m not sure how it works with my application already in and can I even do that? My friend has just got her sons yesterday she flys today!
    She emailed loads and eventually got a phone call to go pick it up from Durham from a London based office. It’s chaos!!

    Mine only went to processing yesterday, after 4 weeks. I submitted my application on the 10th April. Our holiday date is similar we go 25th June. My friends sons is still in the processing stage 4 weeks later too. 3 of my family members have taken 2 weeks and 5 weeks. I’ve got everything crossed. I’ll keep updating when and if I hear back. @ronyal surely yours should be any time it’s been 7 weeks.

    That might make sense my husbands never went to the processing stage it was a straight forward renewal. Mine was to replace a damaged one. Although still what’s the problem look at the damage the same as you look at the outdated passport. Mines only just gone to the processing stage I hope it’s not stuck there for another 4-5 weeks.

    Still no update on mine. It’ll be 5 weeks Sunday since application submitted. Hubby sent his off 26 April. Received it yesterday from the Liverpool one. Took 15 days.

    Hi, I can’t even submit an enquiry form it keeps kicking me out.
    I applied for a replaced passport as mine was damaged on the 10th April.
    Sent my old one 12th received 13th but not updated by the passport office till 20th as received. And when I track it, it says old passport received and has done for 3weeks now, no other update.
    I must say I am panicking I’m due to fly the 25th June. I know it’s still a few weeks off, but the press are not helping with my worry.

    My husband sent his off for renewal 26th April and it’s getting delivered today from the Liverpool office. Why is Corby so slow.
    They don’t seem to be working on first come first serve basis because people are getting them back super quick, while others wait ages.

    Unless it is literally the Corby office that is slow or more full. Because the Liverpool one seems to be the one you want your passport to go to.
