Djbdane, brilliant. 29 days is not too bad.
I’m at 27 for one, which is due to be delivered today.
The other still awaiting tracking details despite being printed on the 16th.
Hi, I had one passport printed and sent 14th March 10.45am
This one tracked on TNT Friday 18th, due for delivery tomorrow.
I have another which was printed and sent 16th 10.14pm… Still no tracking details.
I keep checking every hour or so.Hi Darren, I have one sitting as printed and sent on the 16th March, still no update on TNT.
Worth noting that the passport office have changed the update abates to now just saying printed.
I had one printed on the 14th at Bootle, finally tracked at 5pm 18th and was able to arrange delivery for today.
Awaiting that one turning up.
Hoping the one from Hemple takes the same timeline.Harty- jeezo a full 6 days b4 you were able to track.
I had one printed on Monday, so it may be next Monday b4 it’s here.
Also had another approved on Sat 12th, but still not been sent to printers. How long have folk normally waited from approved to print? From whatbI gathered it was usually a few days.

Question – if my docs have been received can I cancel the whole process and request they be returned and go for a 1 week processing?
I’m at the point I don’t care what it costs, I just need them, mainly for my own sanity?
Stephanie thats so frustrating. How late can you leave it before having to change your holiday?
Like someone said previously its the cost implications of these changes.
Don’t know why they aren’t just dishing out overtime to the passport office staff to sort this backlog
My partner has been advised they are working through docs received from royal mail on the 25th. Hopefully you hear something today badger.
I have one document that was signed for on the 25th. The other the 28th. (Even though both send 1st class signed for)
I dont know how I’ve not crashed their site the amount of times I’m checking the tracker
Thats a long time Jes. I had a look at people’s updates on the stages andnit seemed an average of 11ish days to go from received to approved, so that’s really long.
Hope you hear back soon.Thanks Laura, as the days tick by, I become less and less optimistic.

I feel its pointless me even calling the passport office if docs aren’t even showing as received.Seems like the Liverpool office are murder at processing docs.

Both passports still sitting saying awaiting docs to be received.
Totally stressed out and mad at myself for not doing the 1 week service.
Documents are needed to be received no later than 25th March. In people’s honest opinion, is that achievable?
