Me!! I had to send in extra docs (marriage cert) signed for by Peterborough hmpo on 10th! Due to fly wed…. if I don’t hear this weekend I’m driving up there from Kent Monday 🙈@Garbett44 I’m trying to stay positive as got about 5 days to sort but it’s hard to 🙈

@Garbett44 it’s a total sham tbh! They should have the extra people they’ve apparently employed opening mail and scanning docs on 🤷♀️ Common sense surely
No help I’m afraid 🙁 she said I just need to wait for docs to be scanned which take 10-14 days…. I’m on day 9 and due to fly in 6… devastated…. my 10 year old is here with me in bits😭

@sai22 I’m due to fly Wed 19:55 from Stanstead, the documents need to be scanned onto the system before the upgrade request can go through 🙁I’m going to ask to speak to the customer service management team and try to find out what date mail they are currently opening.
I find it totally unacceptable that mail can sit in a post room unopened for over a week, keeping everyone in limbo!! 🙁
They said it’s because my extra supporting docs are still in the post room…. 9 days after they signed for them! Currently on hold to speak to someone 😞
I’ve just been told on webchat that it’s not looking good for me…. devestated…. how do I break this to my children and the rest of the group I’m travelling with 😭
