Just change the name of the office you want to send it to…. mark it URGENT with flight date. Add your ref numbers, phone number and a pdf attachment of your booking…. good luck x
No mate I’m 25th…. I really hope you hear today 🤞🏽 My 10 year old has just heard me discussing the passport situation and has gone into full meltdown crying that our holiday won’t happen….. heartbreaking 😞
@PEPPERPEPPER God I hope so…. 6 days until we go and documents still not received ‘officially’ it’s making me ill worrying🙈 I’m prepared to travel anywhere to collect too… I’m in Dover on the South East Coast.
When are you due to fly?Yea I’m prepared to travel to go collect but they’ve told me I’m not eligible for upgrade until my documents are scanned on and marked as received 🙈 they were signed by hmpo last Tue
@France22 who are those people you emailed? My MP is trying to help but I’m starting to panic now and feel constantly sick 🤢 they received my extra documents last Tue but have not yet acknowledged them so I can’t request upgrade until they do🙈 due to fly next wed…. my kids will be devestated 😞

The waiting is so so stressful.
Surely they should have people opening the mail as it arrives and scanning the documents straight onto the system.I hope so I’m getting a bit twitchy now as 8 days till were due to fly🙈
