3 days for us. You can track it on the tnt website, if you use your PEX number without PEX and any spaces. It will tell you the estimated delivery date

Not yet. According to the TNT tracking , it will be delivered tomorrow.

(oddly enough , to get the PAN number you have to remove the PEX part but also all spaces in between. Why they dont tell you that in the email, is a mystery)

    Hi,

I would just use the online tracker to see if its processing.

My experience was that our documents appeared as received about 10 days after they were actually delivered. And processing tool another week.

We are now expecting delivery tomorrow, exactly one month after applying

After a couple of DMs on twitter, our application was approved and apparently the application was sent.

Should i be worried about not being able to track it on the tnt website? I tried our postcode and the passport reference without the PEX, but nothing.

I think we got lucky. Probably the twitter DMs helped.

Our application was approved this morning and hopefully it will be delivered this week.

For whatever its worth, we sent the documents for our application first class and they showed as received in the system 2 weeks later.

I believe they say if you get to within 2 weeks of travelling, they can escalate

5 weeks doesn’t sound too bad, you should be. We are meant to be going away in 12 days now and I’m losing hope. Everything moving so slowly.

2 weeks from sending the birth certificate first class to them updating the status to documents received.

1 week to mark the Application as being processed.

10 days on and it’s still being processed. Not sure what there is to process for an infant’s first passport for so long. It should be quite quick.

    Hi,

If you don’t mind me asking, why do they ask when you booked? How does it matter? And what counts as proof of travel? A booking reference?

We booked our flights in January, flying in 12 days now (30th). Website kept saying that we shouldn’t apply unless we had travel booked in the next 3 weeks and now it seems applying 5 weeks before the flight was too late.

Applied for my daughters first passport on the 20th of June and its all moving too slow, we will probably have to cancel the flights.
