    I am still waiting, I was told it was printed on the 12th April and is still waiting to be picked up. That is 6 working days it has been sitting at Peterborough, I don’t understand if they are doing pick ups every day why it hasn’t been dispatched. I am starting to worry there is an issue and I am not going to receive it on time. I have been checking the tracking every day and TNT still do not have it.

    Mine was printed on the 12th and it is still waiting to be picked up – I was told there was delays due to the bank holiday but would have expected it to have been collected by now given it has been 6 working days!

    Thanks John, mine went for print on the 9th, I managed to get through this morning and they told me it was printed on the 12th but might not get picked up by TNT until the end of this week due to the bank holiday.

    Do you know if you have to attend an appointment for the upgrade service or are they able to process it given they already have the paperwork?

    @tash so even if they have all your documents and application you can only upgrade my going for an appointment? I had a look online today and there are no appointments at my local office at all.

    Does anyone know if you need to make an appointment to go to an office as part of the fast track or are the upgrade team able to do it without seeing you?

    I rang the processing team 0300 123 1973 be prepared for a long wait!

    I called today and was advised the same thing, my documents were received on 8th March and they have been sitting in “application received” for 4 weeks. My fear with this service is that if your passport gets sent for printing at the 2 week mark you cant FastTrack and just need to wait on it – that in itself could take 2 weeks. I am annoyed with myself that I didnt just use the fastrack service but lead times were 5 weeks when I applied. I have now been on hold for one hour to ask if I can submit my application for fast track 2 days before I hit the 2 week mark as there is a 48 hour SLA.
