    Thankyou. If i dont hear i am going to go 48hours before. Im told the passport is at Durham but peterborough is actually my closest and im not sure if it would be safe to just go to durham

    Hi, if its over 10 weeks they can escalate. Worth a try, im on 12th week since sending applications, I emailed upgrade Saturday but today ar 8am i called, made sure they put through to progress team. Who sent it to the escalation team and i had to send proof of my flight which is next week. U can only escalate if over 10 weeks since application was sent so im hoping that is faster than the upgrade team

    Yes tbh if you fly monday i would fo the same if it gets to Wednesday and nothings happend for me ill be going there on the thursday

    Hi,

    Iv had the same problem. I fly 25th and still waiting for the upgrade team. Iv rang everyday and been told to wait however this morning i rang at 8am and demanded to speak to progress team, i had to hol about 30 mins and I actually got through to someone who was helpful. Hes sent it to escalation team now and asked to send proof of flight. So im in the hope they might come back quicker than the upgrade team as iv not heard about them b4 however i sent application 26th march so it has been over 10 weeks. Im hearing if u turn up at the office they turn away untill ur flight is 48hrs b4. Just make sure u turn up at the office dealing with ur passport or u risk being turned away

    The stressfull part is waiting for the call back from the upgrade team, i sent the email saturday exactly 14days b4 flight. I haven’t heard anything and when i have called advise line they just keep saying that i will get a call and only thing i can do is wait

    They should be able to tell you which office it is at on the phone

    I would just email the upgrade team, as what do you have to loose?
    Put urgent and date of flight in the subject box.
    Which office is ur passport at?

    My sent my application off on the 26th march so from the beginning it had now been over 10 weeks. There was a delay as the online system so not registering that i had submitted counter signature checks (this is a renewal for my daughter) i kept getting told that it was just because the system needed to update. After 4 weeks i was then told that i would need to send them in paperform. They recieved these 12th may then changed to processing 16th may, the delay was due to a fault on there system and if someone had of told me to the send paper version 4 weeks b4 then i would have done so. The process team call d me last week and told me that i could email the upgrade team and gave me the address. I emailed Saturday and had the auto reply. Iv phone since and been told they are going through them in flight date order, that someone will contact but is a waiting game. Im told the application is with durham

    I am due to fly on the 25th so i feel your frustration, i emailed upgrade team on Saturday just gone as that was exactly 2 weeks b4. I am told they are getting them through but some are up to the last min!

    I have spoken to advise line today who said theres a re set on the pex tracking system and that it is still processing nothing has changed

    Ahh, really hoping this is the case! It has still reverted back to the doc recieved stage as of now. Ill check back tomorrow and see if anything has changed! I have been told by the advisors many times that the upgrade team will contact me in time but its very stressful waiting and not knowing!

    Mines also at durham, was originally bootle. I have emailed the upgrade team on Saturday which was exactly 14days b4 travel, the emails i sent previously before the 14days were not acknowledged and i only got an auto reply when it was exactly 14days b4 so i wouldnt bother emailing them if ur not within that time frame.
    10days till travel and still awaiting a call!

    There must be a glitch as i have called and spoken to someone who said they can see its still processing.
    I go on holiday in 10days. Awaiting a call back from durham upgrade team!
