My passports both came first thing, between 8am and 9am.
I will add however that I have a TNT depot 5 mins from my house, so maybe I was lucky and first one of the day.

Yeah working days, 1 was printed on 16th May got it 18th, the other was printed on 17th May and got it yesterday the 19th.
On the first occasion the passport arrived about an hour before the tracking text.. the 2nd passport arrived at about the same time the text arrived. So yeah.. you’ll get a text from TNT On the day, at about 8am(ish)

I recently applied for 3 passports, mine and my step sons were printed and I received them 2 days later.
Just a nervous wait for the 3rd passport that is stuck in “processing”.

Took about 2 weeks for my adult renewal to show as documents received.. then 3 days later approved. Just waiting for it to be printed now.
Wish I was so lucky with my daughters, that has entered the “processing” black hole 🙁

Did you have to chase in any way to have it moved out of the processing stage? How long was it in that state before someone picked it up?

Yeah I’ll definitely email my local MP if i get stuck in processing for ages. I fly in August so will leave it for the people who definitely need the help.. I’ll start getting extra nervous if I get to July and I’m still stuck 🙁

I’ve read some things that say newer applications are being processed faster, not good for people who have been processing since March but maybe a glimmer of hope for us? I’ll let you know if I get any updates, could you do the same? Good luck!

Hi all,
Has anybody actually had a decent experience after their passport moves to “being processed”? My daughters passport renewal dropped into this state 3 days ago, at first I was happy that it had finally moved from “documents received” but after reading the horror stories on here it would appear I’m now in for a long wait? We fly in August so I’m just hoping I don’t fall into a 12 week black hole like some other unfortunate people 🙁

Have you had any movement on your childs passport renewal that was stuck in process? My daughters has just moved to “in process” and very worried about the wait from here 🙁
