@Inf103 I linked the wrong tracking page for TNT. I have now found tracking for our passport (printed Saturday) at https://delivery.tnt.com/tracking using the PEX number without PEX as the application reference and it says delivery tomorrow. I suggest you try that link, using the reference they gave you, but looks like you should get it today or tomorrow if you are in the UK.

Inf103 no tracking for me yet, but ours was printed Saturday and gcmp got theirs in one working day, so it could be that the tracking has not yet updated.

gcmp – what time was yours printed? I assume it was early enough to be picked up on Friday?

Inf103 I think the application ref must be the tracking no which you enter as the customer reference. I will update when I can see any tracking, but most people get it within a couple of working days of printing, so you have good grounds for optimism!

Inf103 I don’t think my answer to you posted.

I think that once the passport is printed it is collected on the next working day by TNT. If yours was printed Friday, it should be collected today and delivered Tuesday/Wednesday, but TNT are not great at updates. My husband’s was printed on Saturday, so I will try tracking using the PEX number without the PEX bit tonight.

    Another encouraging post.

My husband realised on 25th May that his passport had expired and he was going away 19th June. We dithered about fast track v normal application, but on line is so much easier that we took the risk and it looks like we will be OK.

Printed today (a Sunday) after application was submitted on line evening of 25th May. They probably actually received the old passport 27th May, so passport was printed 16 days after the documents were actually received, 10 days after they were logged as received, and this with the jubilee weekend in the middle. As long as TNT is OK (fingers and toes crossed), should receive it middle of the week, so less than 3 weeks after application.

Good luck to people who are worried. I filled in the survey on the “Manage your Application” page last week and e-mailed the upgrade team (no reply) and sent a message to the twitter team asking them to note travel date on file (no reply) so have no idea whether any of those actions made a difference!

    Application history (adult renewal)

    Passport printed 10:43am on 12 June 2022
    Application approved 2:14pm on 9 June 2022
    Documents received 7:38am on 2 June 2022
    Application received 7:29pm on 25 May 2022
    Application submitted 7:28pm on 25 May 2022

Kates1988 you could send a DM on twitter a and ask them to note on the application that you are travelling on xxxxx. I did that because although my son is not travelling, I need the passport to get a new provisional licence before his test at the end of the month as he has lost his licence.

    Our details so far are:
    Documents submitted 28/10
Documents received 2/11 (was actually 29/10, but they take a few days to log)
    Application being processed 8/11

I told the person on Twitter that he was “travelling” 21/11.

kates1988 I am wondering that too. Our documents were recorded as received 2/11 (Bootle) and it changed to “application being processed” yesterday.

Based on what I have read, it looks like they are approved about 21 days after documents are received at the moment.

When did yours change to “being processed”?
