    I had 3 passports printed on the 18th. 2 are showing on the tnt tracking but one not.
    It works either with the PEX at the beginning or just the numbers.

    @meera0108 it has taken 4 1/2 weeks to get to printed.

    Thanks @louisej23 how long did it take to show up on the tracking from when it was printed?

    Had a message at 8.30 saying one has been printed 🤞🏻 for the others today 🤞🏻🤞🏻

    We fly the 24th and still not heard anything. Ours are now at approved though so worried that we can no longer upgrade and they won’t make it now with printing back log

    I haven’t heard anything back from the upgrade. I got through to the processing number straight away Sat morning. On that call she just gave me the email address that I needed to send my details too. Unfortunately now all 3 have been approved so I don’t think I can upgrade.

    I emailed on Saturday after I spoke to them. She didn’t say I had to wait to send it on the Sunday. I haven’t heard anything from them but 2 out of 3 have now been approved so guessing I can’t upgrade them and probably won’t get them in time now with them still needing to be printed and sent.

    I sent the email on Saturday and still not heard from them. I have just had approved for 2 out of 3 passports today but still got to wait for them to make it to me with the bank holiday.
    Hope you get something from them soon

    I spoke to someone on Saturday on the processing number. I have sent my email but she said it would be 2-3 working days before I hear anything so not sure how it will all work if I do hear back.
