Hi. I’m at same stage as you. For upgrade you need to ring normal passport no and they will pass you to team. Lots of people not had update but received passport. Good luck
@pepperpepper. Frustrating isn’t it. Can’t apply to upgrade team for a week so hoping arrives before then. Some hope that passports have been arriving without updates. Fingers crossed.
@feckthis. Mine took 15 days to be tracked. Rang this morning and said old passport not linked to application yet you might be lucky, have seen posts passport received back with 2 weeks. Good luck

I would email all 7 of them. Good luck@fbvmiz. My application sent 14/4 documents received by them 29/4,rang advice line and my passport not been linked to application yet. Only advice they could give was to apply for upgrade 2 weeks before. This might be your best option
@ribena71. If you go on passport website there is a section where you can go on web/chat or email if your case is urgent. I’ve emailed 3 times but not had a reply. Worth trying though

I sent husbands damaged passport to Petetborough ( chewed by puppy) received by them 29 April saw on some posts have to write separate statement explaining how damage occurred. Anyone know where we send it to. Tried emailing advice line and no replies. Thank youMarand
If you are within 2 weeks email the upgrade team with pex no and urgent. Attach flight documentsPeterboroughupgradeteam@hmpo.gov.uk. saw this on this forum
