We rang yesterday the helpline and they put me through to the processing team and I waited 2 hours for someone to answer but it was worth it to find out what was happening.

I think it all depends really I sent 3 off 30/1.
Mine came back in 3 weeks – oldest daughters came back in 4/5 weeks and my youngests still isn’t back but that’s because they asked for more documents. We fly 28th April.
My youngest was processing for 22 days before it was given to an examiner.
So hopefully yours is looked at soon.We did both my daughters online, one came back in 4 weeks. We’re on week 9 and still waiting but after a 2 hour phone call wait. She told us it is with an examiner and once the additional documents are loaded it will be sorted 🙂 .
Found it easy to fill in and to the photos using the online application. XxxGlad you’ve had it approved! We are still waiting her additional documents we’re received Monday but still doesn’t say this on her application.
We fly 4 weeks tomorrow. Wish I had paid fast track now.

We have tried ringing and it either hangs up or there’s a system problem.
Our daughters was signed for on the 21st so Monday is the 2 weeks they are apparently taking. We fly 4 weeks tomorrow and I’m so stressed it’s not going to be back.Thank you for replying, I’m hoping because we are already with an examiner it will be done quickly after the new documents are put on.

I’m hoping that, that’s the case. I think I might hold out 2 more weeks and then see if we’ve not had it approved I’ll have to fast track it.
I hope your not waiting to much longer.
But I will defo give an update when we get one. XDoes anyone roughly know how long it’s taking a Durham.
We applied online 30/1 , sent documents, and went into processing 21/2.
We got a letter on the 16/3 to day they needed more documents. I sent them and they were signed for last Monday. Is it quick once they upload them once you’ve sent extra documents.
We fly in 4 and half weeks and now debating wether we should do fast track.Thank you
I think it’s abit different for everyone , mine and my daughters renewal took 2/3 weeks and 4 weeks. My youngest still hasn’t been done we fly 28th April.
We applied 30/1 . PRoyal Mail says our daughter additional documents have been signed for last Monday, but still no change we fly in 4 and half weeks 🙈😩 applied on the 30/1

It has been processing since 21st Feb, We got a letter on the 12th saying had to send more documents, that were signed for on Monday. But still no change saying they have them or they’ve been approved we flying in 4.5 weeks!! STRESSSING!!Yes my Daughters we sent it on the 30th January,
Sent documents and were received 18th Feb and then went to processing 21st Feb. We then got a letter on the 15th March asking for my documents. Sent and were signed for Monday.
Hoping her passport will be done soon. We fly in 5 weeks.We applied for my daughters replacement on the 31st January. We got a letter on the 15th March saying they needed her birth cert, was all received Monday. Praying it’s sorted soon it’s stressing me out.
