Anybody had any luck with this new upgrade service?

I’m still waiting for a phone call from the upgrade team. More than 4 days now… Due to travel in less than a week.

That’s odd. I was given the following email address but no automatic response DurhamUpgradeTeam@hmpo.gov.uk

Interesting… The Belfast upgrade email address actually has a an automatic reply to all emails sent. Rest don’t.

I’ve just sent a second urgent request to all the upgrade email offices 😀

No phone call today. Nearly 72 hours. Flying on 23rd.

Would it be wise to just email all upgrade offices considering our application may be at one of them? I am seriously considering this option

My 48 hours will be up today at 6pm. Everyday I’m waking up stressed and the whole day is spent checking my phone. Due to travel on the 23rd. Been in processing since 18/03.
