Had the same thing with my daughters renewal, was asked again for someone to confirm her identity so we asked a different person to do it the second time and it all went through ok
2 passports I recently done took 2 days from printing to delivery via TNT
1 passport took 7 days from printing to delivery via DHL
Literally just had a text saying mine was out for delivery by DHL, the tracker above didn’t seem to work as when I clicked the link it had already been delivered this morning and showed tracking info for yesterday also which wasn’t showing on the app
@mumofgirls after it had been marked as printed the only notification I got was from TNT via text on the day it was out for delivery as below.

Bootle seem slow, I’ve received 2 of my 3 passports, all went to different places but the bootle one seems to be taking the longest.
My current time lines on x3 passport deliveries
Passport 1 Hemel hempstead, marked as printed on 14/04/22 at 08:13, received it on 19/04/22 (included 2 bank holidays)
Passport 2 Corby, marked as printed on 20/04/22 at 08:13, received it on 22/04/22
Passport 3 Bootle, marked as printed on 20/04/22 at 18:53, not yet received itMy current time lines on x3 passport deliveries

Application submitted 6:01pm on 5 April 2022m27lad, mine was printed on Thursday and delivered yesterday by TNT, only notification I got that it had been dispatched was yesterday morning from TNT saying it was out for delivery

Thanks Melaanie, yeah I got a text this morning too saying it was at the passport office so I can stop stressing now, royal mail still shows as out for delivery so guess its an issue with the tracking info. I sent my children’s yesterday and royal mail has updated today as delivered but they both went to a different address again so might just be a thing with royal mail and the hemel Hempstead office.
