    Did you also get texts saying that you’ll be contacted for delivery? I’m a bit confused since I was told I’m just collecting but I’m getting texts suggesting it’s being delivered?

    Hi guys, absolutely buzzing as I’ve just for the call for the passport to collect.

    Travelling on Sunday, all I did was call up once and email twice. That’s literally it.

    However, there is one little thing I’m worried about. After he called me he left a voicemail stating I need to bring ID. I don’t drive so I don’t have have a drivers license. Also obviously I don’t have a passport… what do I do? Can I bring birth certificate or I’ve got a card that has my face and name on to prove I work somewhere, but it’s literally just plastic.

    Also just another thing, nothing was said to me about payment so is there no fee? I emailed upgrade team.

    Sadly it’s not that easy. I work virtually everyday and I do not drive. So it’s expensive to do these sorts of things. I just have to hope they’ll call.

    Congratulations @Kel85.

    Makes me happy to read things like this. Just a few questions, I travel in 5 days. Should I call them first thing tomorrow or wait till it’s 48 hours? Got automated reply from them and emailed them earlier but that’s all I’ve done. Any advice? Also, what was your office?

    Applied for urgent upgrade with help of progress team 5 days ago, travel in 6 days but yet to hear anything. I haven’t emailed them or called since because I don’t like the idea of pestering them with calls and emails. That being said should I email them today with the same thing or call Wednesday to ask for an update? I need to know as soon as not just for passport reasons but also because travelling to Peterborough is a long journey for me. And I need to give work notice

    I’ve been waiting since March. Processing since April, we go on Sunday and haven’t had a call yet. Really hope we get it. Those who had upgrades have you all had to collect it? I’m dreading collecting it a bit since I love about 4 hours away and train fare is about £80.

    Congrats on getting through. I emailed them 18th so maybe soon I’ll hear from them. The person on the progress line told me that they’d also email Peterborough so fingers crossed. I’ll probably have to collect it but not looking forward to that as train tickets are over £80! Also side note, did your auto response just saying that they’ve received the email and that they’re working through in order of date?

    Hi, I have Peterborough too (despite living over 3 hours away) when did you call them and when are you going? I go in a week.

    Got through to progress team in 30 minutes. They were very helpful and directed me to the correct office (Peterborough, I had emailed London since it’s closer to me). Told me they weren’t gonna take anymore calls until they’ve emailed the office informing me of my case and I’ve emailed them too. so fingers crossed!

    thanks. so ask to be put through to progress team and say what? I feel like they’re gonna be like why is this guy calling when we’ve emailed him. I get really bad anxiety so I struggle with this sort of thing 😅

    I’ve been processing since April 7th, only emailed them the once and got a reply saying my upgrade details were noted.

    So you’ve called them 40 times and I go in 2 weeks… Should I be messaging them more?

    Hi guys, sorry to message here again.

    Just got an email from the upgrade team saying the following

    “We have received your upgrade request and noted your travel date is 29/04/2022.

    Upgrade requests are prioritised by date of travel. Therefore, we will be in touch with you as soon as we can.

    Please do not send more emails as this may delay your upgrade request.”

    Should I still bother ringing them 2 weeks before or just wait?? Thanks!
